the location was perfect, as it was near the railway station, making it convenient for us to explore the city. the room was clean and comfortable, and we were impressed with the daily room service. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing us with great service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious food options available nearby. we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
There was one downside. the hotel lacked some basic facilities such as a water kettle for coffee and had some issues with light fittings.

The hotel staff were amazing! They provided top, notch service and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived till the end. the location was perfect because we were walking distance from great restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. the room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a romantic getaway. Another big plus was the 24, hour front desk which made it easy for us to come and go.
There were a lot of loud noises from the street that kept us up during the night. It was tough to get a good night's rest.

Very friendly staff always made us feel welcomed. The hotel had 24-hour front desk and security, which provided a sense of safety. The room was clean and serviced daily. The location was great, close to everything we needed, including a central shopping mall and good food options.
The staff were not helpful and seemed disinterested in providing service. The hotel was overpriced, with double pricing and misleading advertising.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. We were impressed with the 24hr coverage at the front desk and the security. The parking was convenient and we found it easy to get around using various transportation options. The hotel's location in Downtown was perfect as it was close to everything we needed. We enjoyed the delicious food across the road and appreciated being near the Central Shopping Mall. Lastly, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
